Dear Mother Earth,
Lately I have been attracted to the vibration or being called 'Ashtar'. I have even thought about joining a discussion group associated with this vibration, but something seems to be stopping me from doing so. Can you tell me who or what 'Ashtar' or the 'Ashtar Command' are associated with? Is it part of the 'Great White Brotherhood'? Is it part of the 'Galactic Federation'? Is it associated with the planet's ascension? What is in my best interest to know about this subject?
The one called Ashtar is in actuality more than one being. This may surprise you and it may stand as contrary to what is offered in popular new age thought. Ashtar is a name associated with a specific type of service just as those who belong to a specific order of angels vibrate to the name associated with it. In terms of vibration it is powerful and strong, it commands the respect of those who vibrate within its sphere of influence. For a variety of reasons many call it the Ashtar Command.
Those who fall under the Ashtar name/title are for the most part in service to the earth and from ET origin. They are bound by contract and dedication. Their commitment is similar to what you would call a tour of duty. A commitment is considered binding and absolute but it is based upon absolute choice. The name/title Ashtar is considered a blessed one throughout the universe. By earth standards it would be fair to say the name carriers a vibration similar to that of Christ. Implied within the name are dedication, service, oneness, guardianship, honesty, protection, integrity and loyalty. It is not difficult to see how humanity would wish to assign these traits to one being.
Those who are under the Ashtar Command are bound to certain promises and commitments from which they cannot deviate. These are lengthy and comprehensive and leave little room for personal interpretation, in other words they are not instructions that could easily be misconstrued. Among these are strict policies of non-interference except where prior or current consent is a certainty. Those who are in communication with the Ashtar vibration do not do so by chance. As frequencies go, it is a very narrow band with a very broad reach. Those who feel an affinity to this vibration are most likely aligned with it at least within a certain dimensional framework. Emissaries, ambassadors and representatives from places and dimensions beyond this one easily attune to the various communiqués that become available from time to time. For those who are on earth assignment the Ashtar Command is like a galactic consulate, a place to learn news from home and share like-minded understandings.
The Ashtar Command does fall under the supervisory guidelines of the Galactic Federation but not in terms of a governmental edict or a hierarchical structure. It is an affiliation, a branch of service dedicated to protection of principles rather than enforcement of regulations. Basically, the Ashtar Command is in service to you via the planet's protection. The earth is considered by some to be in a state of incubation, this term is more appropriate than quarantine, which has often been substituted. The earth's environment is monitored during this incubation period so that temperature, humidity, oxygen and other factors continue to support the planet as well as the life upon it and within it. Proper maintenance within the guidelines of evolving planets supports the continued growth of as many species as possible. There is as much interest in microorganisms as there is in marine mammal life; those who are attuned to the earth are diverse in culture and interest. The development of the earth into a fifth dimensional world is the top priority. It may seem to you given certain current world circumstances that this is not possible, but that is not the case.
The Ashtar Command is not a part of any other brotherhood or organization. It is a directive, an organized fleet of intelligence and protection, science and study. Given that protection is strictly enforced you may well wonder how or why abductions and other unfamiliar phenomena seems uncontrolled. The answer is simple. You are under your own dominion inasmuch and as many areas of your life as you claim. There is no ruling power, authority or control other than your own, but if you have surrendered your authority to another being or a greater influence, then you must address or change this authority before another can take precedence. Currently, you receive support and assistance in the form of enhancement within the earth's vibrational field. In other words, much of the static energy that is used to influence you is deflected at a level that exists beyond (or before) it is inculcated within your fields of expression. This allows you to be in a state of choice more often than you believe yourselves to be. In order for the earth to remain in a stasis of free will it must remain open and creative. In essence the Ashtar Command is an energetic response to an over modulation of power. It makes certain that opposing forces do not simply cancel one another out. It keeps the playing field open and level, so to speak, so that your evolution and ascension remain your choice alone and within your grasp as appropriate.
The Ashtar Command is not a military fleet. It is an organized system of spiritual intelligence and is quite advanced by current earth standards. Within the fleet are many vessels that may be of interest to you, some reflect scientific advancements and achievements while others specialize in fields of organic health (not medicine). There are specific enhancements and attunements that are offered when appropriate by those who are well trained as personal and planetary liaisons. It is not within my capacity to offer these to you, but suggest that you seek out such treatment if you believe it is in your best interest.
Much has been said over the past many years concerning the celebrated influence of those who respond to the vibration of Ashtar. Much that was said and written long ago was misinterpreted and therefore mis-communicated. Many miscommunications have perpetuated thoughts and beliefs that do not serve you or the Ashtar principle. For instance, it would not be possible for humanity to be lifted from the planet's surface and carried elsewhere. This would be a misappropriation of authority and directive. Plans of world evacuation were considered at an energetic level, not an organic level. Over time, many earth and ET delegates have come together in councils and other cooperative efforts. Methods of more efficient communication as well as better language tools have been introduced so that evacuation, for instance, now means the same in many galactic languages. It was thought at one time that the Ashtar frequency could or would be made available to many upon the earth, this would allow you to visit and experience directional dimensions beyond this one. A directional dimension is a fancy way to explain that which lies beyond the third dimension but still exists in linear time. After a brief experimental season it was seen that humanity was still much in favor of surrendering its power to a higher authority rather than retaining it for itself. The experiment was halted and later substituted with empowerment teachings that would lead to self directed purpose and discovery.
For a time it seemed that the Ashtar frequency was no longer discernible from earth. It even appeared that the vibration had withdrawn its support from all earth relativity, but this was not the case. For humanity's sake, it became important that it take a giant step backward in space but not in time. This has allowed the layers of fear that still permeate humanity to make their way more gently to the surface where they can be assuaged, dissipated and finally dismissed. The Ashtar frequency is just as available to you now as always, but you must approach it from a level perspective in order to fully appreciate and understand it. If you subjugate yourself to it you will learn little about Ashtar or about yourself.
As humanity quickly approaches its future self, paradigms and dimensions of experience will begin to shift your awareness. At first, experiences will seem similar and parallel to your current understandings. There will come a point, however, a turning point, where unfamiliar ground will greet you and distant stars will seem much closer than they do today. There is a point where light and dark lovingly touch one another, softly caressing the complementary beauty that each carries. I look forward to that moment as much as you surely do, for only then will there be no separation from what you hear told and what you experience for yourselves.
