1. What can I expect to receive from a private session with Mother Earth?
   A private session will provide an array of information on subjects of personal importance. Expect to receive perspective, support and guidance with your challenges as well as a deeper more intimate relationship with yourself. Gaia's unconditional love and limitless wisdom cannot be over stated or under imagined. No other experience or source is quite the same.
   
   
2. How does a personal session work?
   Each session is an individual experience and no two are ever alike. Because you are unique in the universe, so is the energy that you both send and receive. Your desire and intent to receive guidance, healing and wisdom aligns all that you are with All That Is making all things possible. Every session is a spontaneous spiritual journey into love and union.

3. Will a channeling session conflict with my religious beliefs?
   Channeling is not confrontational or persuasive. It has no bias or doctrine, and it does not advocate or subscribe to any religious tenets or belief systems. Channeling is a method of receiving perspectives, solutions and assistance from realms that exist beyond linear third-dimensional awareness. Channeling is personal, purposeful and specific to each individual. The wisdom and guidance you receive in your session will complement your lifestyle, background and religious interest.
   
   
4. Will I have an opportunity to ask questions?
   Yes, your session will be very interactive. You will have plenty of time to ask for and receive guidance on a variety of subjects.

5. What kinds of questions are appropriate?
   You may ask any question on any topic. Many people have asked for and received guidance on health issues, relationships, life path, career options, emotional concerns, personal and spiritual growth, future potential, personal empowerment and much more. No question is too mundane and you need not be concerned about how you phrase it.
   
   
6. Are there questions that are better left unasked?
   Every session is designed to help you gain clarity and greater satisfaction in your present life. Don't be afraid to ask, be sincere and open to receive. Trust your instincts; it is better to ask than wish you had asked. Mother Earth does not communicate with departed souls and will only relay a message in this regard if there is a relative, specific and immediate benefit to you.

7. Can I ask questions on behalf of others?
   It is always best to focus your questions on yourself rather than on others. Questions regarding others will be answered as long as they are purposeful and relative to your own life.
   
   
8. Should my questions be specific or general?
   It is best to be specific whenever possible. If you cannot be specific, a narrow subject rather than a broad one is advisable. This will save time and will also ensure that your most important questions are answered in detail. For example, instead of asking if you should become a vegetarian, ask how becoming a vegetarian will impact your health.

9. What if I don't have specific questions?
   This is not uncommon. Many people feel an inexplicable pull toward a private session and choose to honor it. Sometimes they have simply asked, "What is the most helpful information and guidance I can receive at this time?" Some of these sessions have proven to be the most fulfilling. It is also possible that Spirit may have a timely message for you; in this case you need only receive it
   
   
10. I have a lot of questions, is there a limit on how many I can ask?
    No, but it is a good idea to ask them in order of importance. That way your most urgent concerns will be sure to be addressed. Your session will end at an appropriate time.

11. I am having difficulty forming thoughts and feelings into questions. Will a session help?
    Yes. The energies surrounding a session will gently guide you toward the real issues affecting your life. Sometimes the answer is revealed before the question has even been asked. Spiritual guidance is powerful and loving and knows how to read between the lines. A private session can lead you to a more creative and satisfying life by unveiling a deeper, more intimate experience with your higher awareness.
    
    
12. Will Mother Earth tell me what to do in a specific situation?
    Personal sessions are designed to empower you in areas that reflect personal growth. Mother Earth will prepare you for your future, but she will not predict your future or tell you what to do, as this would override your free will. A personal session will help you to see beyond any illusions or blocks that may prevent you from accomplishing your goals and realizing your dreams.

13. How long does a session last?
    Most sessions last approximately one hour. Experience has shown that our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual awareness responds best to the concentrated energy received during a one-hour session. When life asks us to make urgent decisions or to find answers that are more difficult than others, a longer session may be appropriate. You can inquire about this option when scheduling your appointment. Likewise, a shorter session may be appropriate when there is only one pressing issue or area of concern. This option is only available to those who have had at least one prior session.
    
    
14. Will the session be taped?
    Yes. As a courtesy we will make a complimentary audiotape of your session. The tape will be mailed to you soon after your session or handed to you if possible. With each listening, additional clarity and perspective may become apparent. Please note that taping equipment can malfunction from time to time as it is influenced by the electromagnetic nature of the channeling process. It is also possible, though unlikely, that a tape can stall, break or become lost in the mail. Every effort will be made to record your session successfully and ensure its safe arrival, but please know that we cannot guarantee this.

15. What if something goes wrong with the tape or it gets lost in the mail?
    This is not likely, but it can happen and occasionally does. Every session is a unique and individual energetic experience. It is important to participate in it from that perspective and to refer to it from that context. An audiotape is a record of the experience, but it is not the experience. Every experience is recorded within us in ways that an audiotape could never capture or store. In these rare instances, it is best to recall the experience from within and see what else Spirit has in mind for us.
    
    
16. Do you make duplicate copies of the audiotapes?
    No. We only make one copy. It is sent to you as soon after your session as is practical or handed to you if your session is in person.

17. Can I tape the session myself?
    Yes, of course. Some newer telephones have this option and there are several devices on the market that are inexpensive and easy to install. As a courtesy, we will still tape the session for you unless you ask us not to.
    
    
18. Do you always tape the sessions?
    Yes, unless you tell us not to. It is entirely up to you. We do so as a courtesy and there is no charge for it.

19. I prefer to have my session in written format. Can my tape be transcribed?
    We no longer offer a written format for sessions. We can refer you to several transcribers who have previous experience transcribing channeled tapes for us. With your permission, we will forward your audiotape to the transcriber of your choice pending appropriate arrangements. Most transcribers will email your transcription and then forward your tape via US mail. A directory of transcribers is posted on our Resources page.
    
    
20. Can I schedule a joint session with a partner, friend or loved one?
    It depends upon the nature of your questions and the purpose of the session. These sessions are an excellent source for discovering past influences, karmic pitfalls and limitations. They also provide meaningful and pivotal assistance in the recovery of limitless potential. A couple's session can be practical and transformational, but it can also be more specific and revealing than some would wish. A couple's session is intended for couples and not for two individuals who wish to divide a one-hour appointment. Consider this option carefully and ask about it when making your appointment. Additional consideration is required when multiple telephones are used. Volume and audiotape quality may be affected and/or of inferior quality.

21. Is a telephone session or an in-person session more effective?
    For the most part it is a personal choice. Our community is a global one and our clients are spread across many countries and continents. Personal sessions touch upon levels of awareness, dimension and reality that exist beyond linear time. These realms are easiest to attain when our physical environment poses the least amount of distraction. Usually, our own environment provides the most privacy, but we welcome all who choose to visit us in person. It makes no difference to Spirit, you will receive the same wisdom, guidance and healing either way.

22. How much does a session cost?
    The cost for a one-hour telephone session is $300. The cost for a one-hour, in-person session in Mt. Shasta (when available) is $350.00. Pepper's travel schedule sometimes allows for in-person sessions in cities where seminars are presented. The cost for these sessions varies and often depends upon the seminar itself, therefore it is best to check the Calendar page for schedule updates. We accept Visa and MasterCard as well as money orders and personal checks sent in advance of your session. US funds only, please.

23. What about privacy?
    All sessions are considered personal and are held in strict confidence. We are committed to each and everyone's personal privacy. We will not make a duplicate of your tape without your permission. We do not share our mailing list with any other source.
    
    
24. How soon can I make an appointment?
    We will make every effort to accommodate your desire for the soonest available appointment time. It is best to allow a few days to one week for a convenient appointment time to become available. Make sure to tell us where you live and what time zone you are in so that we can schedule your appointment appropriately. All sessions are by appointment only, but if you have a personal emergency or special request such as a birthday or gift certificate surprise, please let us know.

25. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
    Should the need arise, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient day and/or time. We are very accommodating, but insist on a forty-eight hour reschedule/cancellation notice to ensure fairness to all concerned. A fifty-percent charge will apply to cancellations made less than forty-eight hours in advance of your session.

    If you feel the urge to schedule a session, begin writing your questions now. Many have discovered that a list of questions compiled over a period of days is more inclusive. If asked, give as much information as possible, as doing so will save time and make the answers you receive more fulfilling.
